This is a 12 foot x 5 foot conference table produced for the University of Texas at Austin.   It is a 2-piece bookmatched Texas Pecan which we originally salvaged as a Hurricane Harvey storm victim near Victoria, TX.    Our sister company, the Texas Urban Sawmill, was responsible for the salvage operation, milling and kiln drying of the boule of slabs.  The table has a custom steel base with Texas Longhorn logos which can be seen from each end of the table.   We added two custom media ports.   This particular table is regularly used by the Information Security Office (ISO) and has been named the “Villain Table”.   The ISO team breaks into university information systems to detect venerability’s and to improve security across many major public university systems.   We added a departmental logo in flat black at the center of the table.
